Picture Uploads

Open the group on web or desktop, choose Upload from Computer, then drag folders or select files. Pick quality before upload: normal (1 upload = 1 photo), high-res (1 upload = 2.5 photos), or ultra high-res (1 upload = 5 photos).

Blinkpic supports common image formats such as JPEG, PNG, TIFF, HEIF, and HEIC. RAW formats (CR2, NEF, and similar) are not supported in standard upload flow.

Upload capacity depends on your active plan and available storage. For storage plans, counting is based on the final stored image size.

Yes. Open the Blinkpic app, enter the group, tap Upload, then choose photos from your gallery or supported link imports.

Blinkpic provides Normal, High-res, and Ultra high-res quality. Credit usage is: normal (1 = 1 photo), high-res (1 = 2.5 photos), ultra high-res (1 = 5 photos).

For storage plans, usage is counted based on the final stored image size after processing.

Upload Photos Using One-Shot Upload Option

One-shot upload sends multiple folders and subfolders in one flow. Select a master folder and Blinkpic auto-detects nested folders for upload.

Upload Photos via Desktop App

Yes. Supported tether and partner workflows can push photos during live events. You can upload in normal (1 upload = 1 photo), high-res (1 upload = 2.5 photos), or ultra high-res (1 upload = 5 photos).

For faster upload processing in desktop workflows, use local machine processing when available.

Video Uploads

Add MP4 or MOV files from the group media menu with a title. Large files may take longer on mobile networks.

If a direct upload exceeds platform limits, use a public or unlisted YouTube link upload option.

Downloads

No fixed batch limit is applied in standard download flow.

Yes, you can download from different groups as long as you have access permission for those groups.

Disable Downloads

Turn off downloads in Group Settings → Privacy. Guests can still view online; combine with watermarks for extra protection.

Yes. Download permission is group-level, so each group can have separate privacy and download settings.

Deleting Photos

Select images in the gallery manager and delete. Confirm backups before bulk deletion because recovery may not be possible.

Admins can delete group photos, and uploaders can remove their own uploads. Other members may need admin approval.

Open the photo in full-screen mode and use the Delete action from the photo controls.

Yes. Enter multi-select mode, choose multiple images, then delete them in one action.

Yes. Open group folder settings and delete the target folder. Very large folders may take some time to process.

Recovery may be available for a limited period depending on product policy and workflow. Delete carefully for production groups.

Yes. Deleting photos frees storage, and usage recalculates from the currently stored media.

Backup Photos

Export master sets periodically from admin tools and store on redundant drives or cloud archive storage.

Backed-up photos are visible in your backup area/group inside Blinkpic.

Yes. Backup media is included in storage usage calculations.

Guest Uploads

Yes. Enable Guest Upload Folder in group privacy settings to keep guest uploads separated from professional uploads.
