Group settings

General Settings

Open your group → click the Settings icon → General tab. Edit the group name, cover image, event date, and sort preferences from this panel.

You can sort photos on the basis of Name, Captured Time, and Upload Time.

Group Participants

Open your group → click the Settings icon → Participants tab. Here you can view participant details, assign roles, remove participants, leave the group, or delete the group.

Blinkpic group members can have 2 roles: Admin — full control over the group, can modify all settings, change roles, remove members, view and delete all photos. Viewer — can only view their own photos with partial access, or all photos with full access. Viewers cannot delete photos uploaded by others or modify group settings.

You must be a group admin. Open your group → click the Settings icon → Participants tab. Here you can choose between Admin or Viewer roles for each member.

Yes, if you are a group admin, you can remove other participants from the group. However, you cannot remove the group creator.

Yes. To block: open Group Settings → Participants tab → click the Role tab beside the participant's name → select Block Participant. To unblock: go to Group Settings → Participants tab → click View Blocked beside the search bar → click Unblock next to the participant's name.

Group Designs

Open your group → Settings icon → Design tab. Choose grid layout, banners, accent colors, and gallery themes to match your event or client branding.

Privacy Settings

Open Group Settings → Privacy tab. Configure who can change the group name and icon, joining requirements, photo access levels, upload permissions, download restrictions, and screenshot blocking.

Blinkpic offers various privacy settings including private and public group options, full-access or partial-access invites, and the ability to restrict actions like downloading and screenshotting. These settings give users control over who can view and interact with shared photos.

Yes, if you are a group admin: go to Group Settings → Privacy → disable the Anyone can change name and icon option.

Manage Folders

Open the Blinkpic website or app → click on the group → go to Group Settings → Folders tab (left panel). From here you can create, rename, delete, and organize folders.
